+ Location, only couple of feets away from the Hancock tower. - I stayed 3 nights in total and the room was not cleaned on the second day. I think this is something that you can expect. |

the location of the hotel is perfect! the environment nice, the atmosphere ok there was no internet for three days and almost no information about it, on the day of your check out you couldn't enter the room anymore because you were no longer in the system; the hotel is less luxurious than described, it was great to be able to open the window, but the window fell almost out of its frame ... the rooms were very ok though! |

The location was great - convenient to everything and a beautiful part of the city. The room was very comfortable It did have a restaurant/bar attached, but room service would have been a plus for our stay |

It was a perfect location, just a block from the Hancock building, and several fabulous restaurants - Tempo Cafe, Rosebud's Steakhouse, and Le Colonial to name just a few. We bought a 7 day cta pass and avoided cabs by catching buses and trains to travel everywhere, picked up a full schedule map from the Concierge desk - one main stop was just block away were we could pick up a bus to anywhere. |
