Absolutely loved the staff, they were very helpful and mindful. I also
really enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a deciding
factor for me to make a next booking. The room was very nice and clean
and it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.
The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly

Not at all, everything was amazing!

Services is very friendly and the design of the place is magnificient

They have not process my booking proerly, I aske for 2 rooms and only one was book which created problem to relocate my friend

The decoration was enjoyable

My room was a bit run-down in the bathroom - water damage in the drywall - Shower tile wanted re-grouting, Basin sink was hard to get to - had to place head under overhanging glass & steel shelf. Duvet on bed was way to much cover for the summer - constant in and outof cover to cool off. It would be fine in cool weather.

The roof top terasse with great view on Manhattan. Changed my room to
one that better fitted my requirements.

Elevators are very slow to arrive. Some evenings the roof top terasse
very crowded.
