Rædselsfuldt værelse. Meget lille, blændede vinduer til en grim baggård, ingen rigtig seng men en ombygget sofa, for kort til en voksen mand, bruserhoved med 8 stråler (tilkalket) Pris 168 GBP. Jeg klagede ved udtjekningen og de var ligeglade. Man bør ikke sælge så dårligt et værelse på den klasse hotel. I det mindste skulle man advare kunden på forhånd om at det ikke er udstyret med en seng og at vinduet er blændet. |

Stort værelse, pænt indrettet, Playstation/DVD (gratis lån af film & spil i receptionen), lækre varer i minibaren (fra Harvey Nichols), god mad ifm. Roomservice. Ingen. |

I loved the location, the design of the hotel and my single room, which was thoughtfully laid out and perfect for one quick night in town. Shower and water pressure in general was not great - but not a problem for one night. any more - and it would have been irritating. |

Loved it-- staff was wonderful and helpful and the hotel was cozy and very comfortable-- great location. The blow dryer had no power-- great for bald old men, but not for us ladies! |

The hotel is extremely pleasant, in an amazing location in Central London. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and i appreciated their efforts. While the room was very nicely decorated, it was quite tiny for a couple. However the real problem was the bathroom, which was definitely too small (not unheard of in London, though!) |
