Et rigtig dejligt hotel med en god beliggenhed. Et meget imødekommende personale. Eneste negative var at værelset var ekstremt lille, dog er jeg opmærksom på at det er standarten i london. |

The hotel is well kept. Good location. Great value for Money. The single room was a bit too small. |

Proximity to tube station (5 minutes walk), generally a nice area and easy to find.Tea/coffee making facilities in the room and overall size and space in room (though I understand some of the rooms at this hotel are very small, so I specificaly requested a larger room). I was not charged extra for this. Whilst the bathrom was new the tiling was poor and one of the floor tiles was broken and loose and the grouting not completed. The breakfast whilst good was self-service and it was not what you would call piping hot. |

Location was very good. The service was adequate. The single room was not just small, but uncomfortably small. I coudln't do much work there, felt claustrofobic. |

The room I stayed in was very small (like a box room) with a very small bathroom not enough room and on the website it was supposed to be a superior double. |

Hotel staff were very kindly, and a guest room was very clean. Internet environment of a guest room was very comfortable. A shower room was small. A wall of a guest room was thin. |

Nice quiet area in Notting Hill. You can feel how London people really live. Fair price for transfer to the airport. The staff, very low prepared, some of them barely speaking English correctly. At the beginning they could't find our reservation, then they gave us a room where there was already somebody else staying and then we had to pay in advance the breakfast. No room charges accepted. At the end they gave us a club room, but the standard rooms are very very small, no space to open the suitcase. |

The rom was extremly noisy. All night there was an awful sound from the ventilation systen located outside the window that reminded me of a ferry-cabin very near the engines. Beware of the rooms in that part of the building. |
