Location - close to tube

The hotel room was shabby, the bed & bed linen ripped and worn in places - disgraceful for a hotel like this!

Quiet, spacious room.

Price was very fair, though seems to to vary considerably. Following a very pleasant stay, I then wanted to make another booking there for later this year. However, the rate for the date in question had doubled so I will book elsewhere.

Very good position, friendly staff, very large comfortable room. Good breakfast

breakfast was good but the room was a little crowded with the space available breakfast could have been spread over a wider area to cut down on crowding. The house keeper had cleared and was in the room when we returned from breakfast at 09.30 despite checkout time being 12.00md meaning we could ot use the room after breakfast

Staff are very helpful, nice decor at the lobby, good selection of breakfast

Not enough pillows on the bed, only one pillow per bed was supplied. Only one set of toilettries was supplied in one of the twin rooms and there were two of us.

We felt comfortable and safe and the breakfast

The shower was impossible to set at a constant temperature and the beds moved away from the headboard when you sat up against the headboard.

It was very homely and very accessible to our needs. I did make a good choice and we enjoyed our trip very much as the hotel was just within minutes walk from the underground station especially after a long walking day.

Since it was situated at the centre of the district, you can imagine what I would like to say. Anyway, we still slept well.
